DREAM BUILD ROAD BIKE - S-Works Aethos - Sub 5KG

It's finally time to present the DREAM BUILD of the incredible S-Works Aethos with a huge variety of amazing components representing the cutting edge of lightweight bicycle products. It is fairly easy to create a sub-5kg road bike these days considering the variety of components available but we wanted our Dream Build to be different.. we wanted it to be useable in the real world, something to do hundreds and thousands of miles on without issue across a variety of terrain, we wanted it to be dual ring with proper rotors (160mm).. let us know if you like what we created!

Happy to see a front derailleur on this build. I know 1x works for a lot of ppl but in my opinion it's not a proper road bike without a double in front. It makes the weight of this bike even more impressive!

It is amazing how you built this bike without flat handlebars, a 1x setup, a shorter stem, half to the handlebar tape etc, It shows how much bikes have evolved until now.

Wow. Sew up tires still are being used. Sold my store back in 1997. Some days I miss it. Nice to watch others in action. Especially since I also did things right.

Perfect music for a perfect bike. 1x would be my choice with SRAM Red to avoid the box. But those are just personal preferences I guess. It is a black beauty!
