Flurescent lights: Pre-heat (magnetic) Ballast vs Rapid start (Electronic one)

Today I was playing with flurescent lamps

I have one with Pre-heat ballast, that requires a starter (slovenians also call it: dušilka)

It has 2 starters, as it has 2 tubes

This one is the quietest

Then I think I have 2 electronic ballasts (not sure if its programmed start or instant start (would need to dissasemble the fixture to figure that out), I believe its rapid start since, it looks like it first engages the heaters, then starts the tube

And as you can see, they generate a ton of noise :(

Now someday, I need to figure out, how to fit a starter (would like to use pre-heat ballast) to theese new fixtures, because there is no space for a starter on new fixtures, as everyone expects you to use fancy modern electronic piece of garbage of a starter, nowadays

One of your Lights is very noisy and you can also hear the clicking noises from the starters when you turned it on. My bathroom shaver light is the fluorescent version and has a magnetic ballast, I use a small Sony Radio in the bathroom on FM normally on Radio 1 works fine. However on AM yes I get that interference same noise all so WIFI does the same thing.
