Trump uses a teleprompter when he actually has to give a real speech, but he hardly ever give an informative speech. Why would Trump use a teleprompter to come out and just praise himself, lie continually, talk about sharks, batteries, windmills, trash others etc. He just comes out and rambles on about nothing of consequence! It’s silly!
