Jacob is also a temporary squadmate, serving as a squadmate until you send him into the vents on the collector base

Grunt's interest in dinosaurs is one of the most inspired pieces of character trivia ever written.

I think the ability to romance Morinth and then die during sex is hilarious. It's a great "what did you expect?" smack in the head even though you're how many hours into the game?

I just want to point out something I haven’t seen anyone else mention: if you look at the games Legion has played in his search history, he purchased but never played a game that was meant as a fundraiser for Eden Prime. Our boy donated to helping Eden Prime recover from the Geth attacks.

the "does this unit have a soul?" line just gets me in the feelings every time. it's also referenced in dragon age inquisition by cole.

"You can't trust any animal that can milk itself"

A legendary quote and a philosophical statement that puts Aristotle and Plato to shame.

I think the “Asari are attractive to everyone” thing isn’t to imply how they actually have different traits based on who is looking. It’s that each race focuses on the traits that look most similar to them, maybe that’s a subtle biotic influence, maybe not.

Samara's list of items in the SB Dossier arent recent purchases, they are all the items she bequeathed when she became a Justicar. She says herself several times that an Asari must sacrifice everything they own and cut all ties to be a Justicar. If anything, it gives the player a view into her life prior to Mornith going rogue. She had a large home, hobbies, a bondmate who likely passed away, and most importantly loved being a mother.

Dude, I honestly love the mako. It’s an absolute tank, has two devastating guns, and can climb near vertical walls. Once I got used to the controls I could make that thing dance, and only flipped it twice in my entire completionist playthrough. The real reason everyone gets frustrated with the mako is because of the atrocious terrain on terrestrial worlds, and all of the insane inclines.

For as funny as some of the Shadow Broker dossiers are, some are really depressing. Miranda's infertility, Garrus's mom dying and the strained relationship with his sister, Thane's condition, samara's stuff etc.

A bit of context for the Canon Good Collectors in Mass Effect 3’s Multiplayer, they didn’t just randomly switch sides.

Collectors are Protheans who has been mutated by the Reapers. The Good Ones came into being when a Leviathan ‘indoctrinated’ some Collectors. This gave them back their memories and individuality. They now fight for vengeance against the Reapers.

Samara didn't purchase all the clothes. She donated them, when she became a justicar, and that was the list of her previous posessions.

18:20 i remember a scene in the citadel dlc when tali was drunk, it was along the line like “garrus you’re with shepard, oh the three of us.” It hinted tali clearly has interest in garrus

It should’ve been Emily Wong who was on the Normandy in ME3 instead of Allers

18:40 the only other romanceable pair up you missed was that Ashley can have a one night stand with James during the Citadel party.

Mass Effect 2 also made fun of the elevators, TWICE!

If you go between levels on the Citadel with Tali and Garrus in your party, Garrus will prod her on if she misses their talks from the elevators, with Tali getting more and more annoyed, to the point where she punctuates her statements with "i have a shotgun...", making Garrus finally drop the issue.
Also, during Mirandas loyalty mission, right before the final battle, Miranda will become anxious about a possible betrayal, and will jolt the elevator controls with the comment "Damnit! Why can't this thing go any faster!"

Pigpen deserves way more subscribers for the amount of time researching, gathering footage, recording and editing he does for every video.

The Asari theory about different species perceiving them differently is thoroughly debunked in the ME3 DLC.

When the crew is making fun of Shepards bad dancing at the party, Tali and Garrus talk about how humans and asari are able to walk without fallong over. They both see that humans and asari don't have the same leg structure as Quarians and Turians.

This proves that Quarians and Turians both see Asari and Humans as morphologically similar in their legs, and different from how their own legs work.

I find this to be more compelling disproof of the theory than the statues, because in a magical sci-fi universe, the the statues could have been doing the same thing.

A few of the other content creators I follow have done some 'timely' videos for Mass Effect lately. I really love the humour in your videos, it gives them a real charm. So many of your Iceberg videos have really appealed to me in their subject matter, you always do them justice. I said for your last video 'Dead Space' that I'd recently watched someone else do one, it was quite dull. A few days later you dropped yours. Absolutely fantastic.
