A couple of years ago, only students from Zimbabwe, South Korea and Singapore qualified to enter University at the age of 16-17. All other aspiring students from 103 countries had to do an extra year at the pre university students colleges in Germany. I know that because I worked at the college in Munich in my last year.

Education is free in Botswana up to University and you get an allowance for attending. If you dont take your child to school and the government finds out they enrol that child.

Not surprised that Kenya is missing y bcoz North frontier districts or regions children don't go school they are taught to be cattle rustlers, Uganda children are taught to be cattle rustlers, guerrillas, among other African countries all these at the expense of education. Good research.
