I just ordered an 853 with the rotary plow, sickle bar mower, 26" Tiller, and the cart with the seat. I have always bought other people's used, and had so many issues with them. Hope I am doing the right thing. It's a lot of $, but I am old, and just can't fight the units anymore. I have 10 acres, about 5 to 6 are tillable. Lot of rocks, stalls my very old Roto-Hoe. I hope the rotary plow will help me rake these out.
I believe the time is coming that we may have to garden to produce our own food. I already barter for meat, so stretching the garden from 600 square feet to about an acre will help.
My beloved Wife passed 8/5/2022, and part of this is going to be a memorial garden, and people can help themselves to the flowers or any veggies growing in a certain area. I think she'd like that.
