Evening folks! Welcome to the first of (hopefully) a four part mini-series documenting my trip to Toronto. In tonight's video I'm warming up for the big contest with a rather ill-advised giant steak challenge...I know...I'll never learn ;)

Let me apologise for the fact that there's no timer on this video...Trying to turn around these videos, editing, commentating, annotating etc. has been a bit hectic, so I actually wound up getting 4 minutes into the edit before realising I'd missed the timer. It would've taken too long to go back and include it, but hey...all the more reason for you to watch Joel's version of the video when he uploads!
