Spotify: A Scrum@Scale Case Study w/ Henrik Kniberg

Henrik helped Spotify develop their scaling approach my using shared knowledge and scaling patterns to codify the Scale at Scrum Framework. For example, the Executive Meta Scrum mapped to Spotify's strategy days and the agile practice mapped to Spotify's agile guild; the practice to take culture to the next level. Also used was the health check model, used to visualize progress and guide to improvements as well as the executive action team to solve impediments.

The most important connection to Scrum at Scale was the focus on continuous delivery to move fast, enabling teams to move faster, shift software with minimal pain and overhead.
