Pairs instantly with Garmin Edge 520 (ANT+), Forerunner 630 (ANT+), iPhone 8 (BT), and MacBook Pro (BT). Having both ANT+ and Bluetooth is nice, and makes this a worthwhile update over the previous ANT+-only Soft-strap HRM. (Note, I have had issues with Zwift, but I blame that on Zwift, not the HRM, since also have issues with my power meter). Everything else works as you expect. I sweat like a fiend and I've had no issues with it. The strap is comfortable, and holds the fit adjustment well. I take it in the shower after every use to rinse it off. Once a week I take the pod off and toss the strap in the laundry (in a bra bag, just in case). So far, that seems to be working well. I also like that I can get a replacement strap if/when this one gets gross, and just pop the existing pod onto the new strap.
