White Rice with Hatch Green Chile

Hatch Green Chile Rice🍚 - Rice and shine! 🌞 For this recipe we went to Hatch📍 to snatch some delicious Green Chile! Tita’s recipe uses it to add a touch of spice😋 to your traditional white rice.

Ingredientes:
1.5 TBSP of Butter
1.5 TBSP of Chicken Bouillon
1 cup of Rice
1/2 cup of Diced Green Chile
1/3 cup of cilantro
8 oz. Corn
1/2 a cup of corn water
1 1/2 cup of boiling water

Direction:
Melt Butter in pan over medium heat
Add Rice
Stir constantly until puffed or golden
Stir in Corn, Green Chile
Stir in Corn Water with Boiling Water
Bring to a Boil
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Fluff with a fork.
