I also used to do it too, and I was 15, but it took me nearly five months to notice that what I was committing wasn't healthy for me, spiritually, mentally and physically. It got to a point I wasn't even happy about it and I would find myself crying and asking for forgiveness cos I couldn't stop. I decided to finally accept that I had gotten an addiction.
And damn it was hard to accept it but I gave my life to Christ and had to resist at all cost anytime my hands went downwards I would remember the days and weeks or months I had restrained. So I refused to let 5 - 60 seconds of pleasure ruin my soul and life.
