Of course there was no foul play. Yet, we know better suddenly dies of what? Heart attack, old age, what? Let us wait for the autopsy reports, let us see. Let's wait!

Springfield police do not protect black women. I am a 67-year-old black woman assaulted in a CVS parking lot by a 64 255 lb black male, with no charges filed no notification of case closure and as the victim blamed for the amount of time passed in the investigation. I am Alice Hood and I intend to follow this case through because detective Gorman has no desire to pursue the case. But, I will wait and as I told the detective prior to his slamming down his telephone receiver when speaking with me that I will not allow this case to be closed without sufficient investigation. My belief is this black male who assaulted me in the parking lot of the CVS located near the x is either a policeman or related to a police family as may his white girlfriend is the reason this case is not being pursued. I am now at a point where I am seeking legal representation and also filing a complaint against detective Gorman and or the chief of police. Because there must be someone who is supervising detective Gorman's work. If I were a white woman who is 67 years old and attacked by a man I am sure I would have received proper justice. And also let it be known this is not a first time Springfield police has failed to protect black women. So, now we begin the fight for justice for a black elderly female attacked in a public area by a man who is not even known to myself but he is definitely known to the police because the police has spoken with him. There are times investigations take months or years but in this instance the victim, who is myself is blamed for the length of time lost during this investigation or the lack thereof of a investigation. And I would like to also note there are witnesses and there is a video tape of the incident taken by CVS. CVS never employed their security or other help for this victim. So I said now is the time to fight for justice against this elderly disabled black woman assaulted in a CVS parking lot here in Springfield Massachusetts in December 24th 2020. Springfield police are currently under a consent degree because they have failed to provide adequate protection and they have not followed their own protocol for policing its citizens! Let's get it let's get it let's get it it is time to fight for truth and justice.
