I was working on the Maggot Brain Part II tutorial video and thought it would be good to have a practice backing track.

I’m new to improvising, I typically just look up tabs and play along to backing tracks. Does anyone have a recommendation on how to get started playing free form to something like this? I love this song so much and would love to be able to sit back and just play something in tune and relax
