I literally just use a pat of butter and oil and I pan-fry it with rosemary and salt. I've never had a problem, and it's absolutely delicious. Thank you, random sample-selling lady at that one grocery store.

I personally like me a plant based salmon that has 300 ingredients dipped in seed oils and colored with red 40 and blue 5 and i out some flamin hot cheetoos on that and serve it with a side of nautral valley ranch, and a pepsi that i like to add some cane sugar to make it more sweet

I’m 16 and taught my self how to cook salmon on YouTube shorts. You have to oil the pan so it won’t stick. Get the pan hot and cut slits in the skin and salt the whole piece. Then stick in in the pan skin down when it is hot and hold the piece down for about 30 seconds so the skin doesn’t shrivel up. I don’t rember how long you keep it on there but it’s about 4 mins then flip it over for about a min or until it’s almost done. Them flip it over turn down the stove toss in a couple small chunks of butter and some seasoning (rosemary, time whatever you like) and garlic and use a spoon so put the butter on the salmon (the term is basting) and pull it are ur easy salmon is done (tou really don’t have to baste it but it makes it a more buttery)
