By the time you are 5 months pregnant, your body significantly changes to make room for your growing baby. Your pregnancy becomes more apparent, as do the aches and pains that come with it. Caring for your mental and physical health is essential to ensure the best environment for your little peanut to develop. This starts with the mommy taking care of herself!
