I don't think people would be disappointed with either of these beasts. I also doubt you'd notice the slight difference in speed in any real world situation. So get whichever is on sale / cheaper or whichever brand you like. Both brands are good / reliable brands generally.

Is it compatible with Samsung's Data Migration? Like can it clone all of the data & the OS from an existing NVME SSD? Was thinking of upgrading my HP Laptop 256gb for this 1tb NVME SSD.

Buy what you can afford !! 100mb difference here and there is really not that big of a deal... WD and Samsung both are leading memory on the market !! Best performance and best reliability!! Today I ordered Samsung Evo Plus 2tb it was $40 difference compared to WD.
