US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy and Ukraine Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha hold a briefing following their meeting with other Western officials in Kyiv as an air raid alarm sounded in the Ukrainian capital. Earlier, the Air Force announced a ballistic missile threat on the Telegram messaging platform, saying that a missile was moving in the direction of the Poltava region in central Ukraine, northwest of Kyiv.
