Here is your 5 min Poetry Workout! :-) Keeping your imagination lit! This is a love song to the body; that great natural machine that works for us all our lives so we can accomplish our goals and appreciate this life. These days when our health and safety is on the forefront of our daily lives, I hope this poem gives some peace of mind.
P.S. Unfortunately, none of the athletic bodies illustrating the poem are mine. But that's ok! I still love my own for what it continues to allow me to do. Amen to that! :-) Lillian
