PNW Rover Hip Pack review

PNW's Rover Hip Pack is tough, well organised, well priced and with some really neat features. But there's one bit of the design I don't get on with so well.

Any questions get busy in the comments.
Cheers

I have exactly the same issue with the ION Traze 3 hip pack re: side pockets - The fit and adjustability are brilliant, but the side pockets are way too small for anything other than loose jelly beans.

Have the Bontrager rapid pack - owned it for 3 years and its amazing for a light pack for 3-4 hour rides, one bottle in the bag one in the frame - perfect.

I have a Camelback bumbag but just find it a little small especially with my phone so a little bit bigger is good.
This looks ideal but don't want it moving about much!

Thanks for the review, which one do you like?

Are the press studs strong enough to hold a full water bottle when it's rattling around on the trail

Is the water bottle holder easy to use? Do you have to force the bottle in?

Nice Video!

I just received mine!

I have to say you're a little nit picky with all those keys! I would just carry the essential keys - it seems they will fit. However, I am a little concerned when you mentioned you need to hike up the pack when you're riding. I hope it's not too bad.

I put all my other keys etc. on a mini carabiner so that I can unclip them from my car key and leave them in the car.

Such a bad design, as if they haven't done any testing before releasing it...
It's almost time for me to look for a new hip pack, but currently I see nothing getting close to Evoc Pro 3L (which has the only downside of not being waterproof).
