Fun fact: Mr Satan is actually the most powerful character in this universe. The problem is that his punches have a delayed reaction. It takes a few hours for the damage from his punches to take effect, but when they do it's all over for the villain. Gohan didn't actually beat cell with that Kamehameha wave. What really happened was Hercules punches took effect and cell lost all of his strength at once
