At which point do we discuss the double standards in T&F regarding doping? Had this coach been from the developing world, he AND the athletes associated with him would have been banned for life, and said athletes would have had to forfeit medals and results. The IAAF seems content to only go after the low-hanging fruit.

Nothing he said was consistent. He said he didn’t know anything about Alberto being charged w doping allegations until recently but then a few minutes later he says that it was the first thing he asked about when he joined the team. He can’t even keep his story straight. He says Jenny Simpson is harsh and then he drags her thru the mud by saying she’s looking for attention/is a spotlight hog. He speaks out of both sides of his mouth.
