Over the past 3 years or so, I have lost almost everything. My father, one of my best friends, my aunt, and my spouse. Life keeps getting harder. And I keep trying to get stronger...

In the last three months, i lost my wife (whom I loved and adored for 19 years) to divorce and was ready to give up on life. Even my heart was in physical distress. I had to visit a cardiologist. I had no support group, no friends, nobody on my side. I was severely depressed and wanted to lay down and never get up. Eventually I found the strength to get up and start moving forward in life. That’s why my heart felt so bad.
