I followed this approach and I think it's the best way. The first time I tried this I didn't know about using Zillow, but will use it next time. I had quite a few offices closed with signs on the door saying 'by appointment only'. Oddly, I encountered a couple of PMs where the address was at a larger office building with suites but there was no sign for the PM company. I didn't know about the Jobber route optimization trick at the time, I manually grouped them by zip code. I will do the Jobber route optimization next time.

Let's say you obtain a property management company that services an apartment complex and they send you to the complex and there are multiple apartments you need to visit in that apartment?
