DSAG Technology Days 2024: Welcome Video

🚀Our CEO Malte Klassen is at the DSAG Technology Days 2024 in Hamburg. Here is his message from the first day:

The slogan of the Technology Days from the German-Speaking SAP User Group is “Black Box – from Vision to Reality”. What has this to do with our Conigma™ Connect? It’s all about AI and AI Services and who to integrate AI Services into our customers business processes.

What we are doing with Conigma™ Connect is: We are integrating SAP BTP based AI services into the ITSM processes. That means: We are integrating for example document translation services and attribute recommendation services for automatic ticket routing and for automatic ITSM processes.

This already for SAP Cloud ALM, Azure DevOps, Tricentis and ServiceNow. And that enhances the process quality while it is levering a lot of Cost-efficiencies.
