This got my heart racing. The life of wild ducks can be so tough. Such a hard decision for the parents. I wonder what they are feeling.

Dang... ducks are hardcore... these ducks face impossible currents and there is another duck species that straight up forces its babies to dive bomb off an impossibly high cliff. Respect.

This is why I couldn't be a photographer or video recorder, I'd have to ditch my camera and try and get that baby back to its parents :(

You gotta be careful around everyone these days. I was walking down the street yesterday and a guy walked towards me and pulled out scissors. I'm happy I was agile enough to reach into my pocket and pull out a rock. Cus if I had pulled out paper, I would have lost.

Crazy, was just camping w my kids this weekend and seen a duckling floating on by us in some very swift water. I told them and my two girls were upset with me that I didn't jump in to save it. I explained to them that the duck had much more of a chance at survival in that water than I did. The whole thing makes more sense to me now.

My heart was racing once the family had to go in the water. Sheesh, glad the other lil duckling finally made it. 😊😚

Give the lost duckling a 2-year timeskip. It'll either come back stronger than all of them combined or as the main villain bent on vengeance.

Dramatizing the lives in the animal kingdom so good is what makes BBC Earth one of the most watched documentaries.

They probably were able to reunite. We just didn’t get to see it. Ducks and their offspring are incredibly resilient, especially torrent ducks. This isn’t their first time successfully raising a family in such conditions. I could be wrong about this particular outcome, but overall, they do fine.
