In what reality is a $400, 000 apartment an affordable home? Wouldn’t building 6 tiny houses in the country be a better way to spend that money?

Maybe cities shouldn’t be building such housing. They only seem able to build something that increases what the city controls, rather than solving the problem.

Those units are worth at most 75, 000 with profit, 400, 000 ridiculous what 200% profit margin.

This is nothing new. My father sold modular condos back in the 70’s in Florida.

The price of one habitrail is the same as a 5 acre spread with 2, 500 sq ft new home in Idaho.
