I was u tubn looking for fashion trends for Spring 2015 and I spotted Balmain. I went to the video and fell in love. It was love at first sight. I rarely see designs by my definition I would pay boocoo dollars for until I saw Olivier's craftsmanship. Love, love, love his designs. It reminded me of The Matrix Revolutions. It made me want to live in a time where that style of dress is the norm.

OMG My exact feeling i was in line at the yorkdale h&m in toronto from 9:00pm wed. Pretty much most the first 100 people were resellers then they had their friends bud the line too before security started handing out numbered tickets for the bands. I thought i was lucky cuz i in the 200s and they handed out 520 but by the time the 3rd or 4th group went in all the men stuff were sold out  which started a chaos then all the guys went after the girls clothes to resell. By the time my group went in (9th group) they were just putting the rejects from the fitting room on the rack and that like about 15 random pieces before selling out. Then Some if the resellers didnt wait for ebay they were selling them in the parking lot

Paul I feel you, I lined up from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM I was in the very first group in and still didn't get what I wanted the setup was terrible and people were just grabbing but I did get a pair of the cargo pants and a nice Henley I do hope they come up with a better system!! Who do you think will be next? I think Tom Ford!!

I personally hate resellers and think that the collection as a whole was a flop due to the orchestration of the drop on the day. However, I feel as though if people are willing to spend exponential prices from resellers then resellers will always be present. If you can make more money in a single purchase than in a week, why wouldn't you resell

Great job with this vid, Paul! I have a feeling that it's going to blow up and get a ton of views, because many people can relate to this topic. Whether it's high fashion or the sneaker game, this is a problem that I don't see going away, anytime soon.

Not everyone is a reseller. I got for maybe 4000$ of stuff including stuff I didn't want or need just so I could trade it for what I want after which is exactly what happened. I was able to trade for my sizes. I agree they should change rules next year tho.

I went to the H&M store in Zurich and I had to get up at 5AM to be on time. And you know what? I didn't get a single Piece because there were about 200 people and before the store even regularly opened at 9AM all the men's items were sold out. But you know what? Fuck this collaboration because Balmain became as you said a "trendy" label known from people like the Kardashians and Co. And I personally don't want clothes that people only know because their favorite "Celebrity" wears Balmain.

Absolutely feel your frustration - I managed to get hold of the leather jacket after hours on the website, literally don't know how I did it but yh you're right there needs to be much more structure - f the resellers.

OMG Paul this happened to me at my location in DC and I was pissed because I wanted several pieces myself and I work at H&M and didn't get anything.
