Also quick note: yes „Vocaloid“ does indeed only refer to songs made specifically with Vocaloid(or in a casual cases also to piapro, since all the Piapro Voices were also Vocaloids at some point) and not to songs created with other voicesynths such as CevioAI, SynthV etc.
Same goes for the Japanese word for „Vocaloid“ (ボーカロイド). However there is the Japanese word „ボカロ“ (literally „Vocalo“) which was originally just an abbreviation of Vocaloid, but does nowadays refer to ANY song that uses a virtual voice regardless of the program behind it. So even CevioAI or Utau voices fall under that category.
That’s literally the reason in Japan exists two Wikipedia articles „Vocaloid“ and „Vocalo (genre)“
Just wanted to point that out since I encountered some people in the past who were confused about that.
