Makita RT0700CX2 Trim Router Unboxing - Wacky Wood Works.

This is a unboxing of the Makita RT0700CX2 Trim Router. It is the first time I have even looked in the box. Let's look together.

It comes in a nice bag, has three different attachments, the standard trim router attachment, angle attachment, and the plunge router attachment. Fence and guide. Tools and vacuum dust extraction ports. This is not a review of the product.

Look on page 11 of your manual....lol....that shows you what the handle is for....but still dont know the strings on top...i think one of your subscribers got the right idea, picnic...

A brilliant Trim Router, i have the exact same one. The round base on the Router can be taken off and replaced with the square one that is on your Angle Attachment, that's why they were made like that apparently. I bought mine in 2014 on it's own, then bought the Angle and Plunge parts later, mine didn't come with that handle so i wouldn't mind knowing what that was for, if you can let us know please. Enjoy the Router it's great to use, i use mine all the time.

You are missing the tight space attachment, which the handle attaches too. I just purchased this kit 2 days ago and there is an extra adaptor that was included

A canvas bag is not what I was expecting. Router looks great though!

Dale, you should be aware of the concept of design :-)
These cords look like a design feature to me, not really necessary, but nice to look at.
On the other hand, if you take the useless router with its bag out of the big bag you'll en up with a picnic basket and the cords could hold the blanket for you and your loved one :-)

Talking serious, looks like a nice machine which will come in handy in your shop.
