How To Get New Jio Set-Top Box (For Existing Users) - Reliance Jio

This video will tell you how to book your new STB if you are an existing user. Follow the below steps to book an appointment and get your new STB using the MyJio app.

1. After you recharge you will receive a notification on MyJio to redeem the voucher and claim you’re your set-top box
2. Open the MyJio app and tap on book now
3. You can also go to the My voucher and redeem the voucher
4. You can choose to pick your STB from the store or get it home delivered
5. Pick the preferred delivery date and time of STB and click on proceed
6. If you wish to collect the STB from the Jio store select the ‘pick-up from store’ option
7. Select the preferred store from the list of the store shown on the screen

Set Top Box being delivered ONLY to new customers. OLD CUSTOMERS inspite of having the STB voucher are TOTALLY IGNORED. During COVID-19, how new customers get the STB, but not old customers?

Noone calls, messages or comes even after raising service request and getting appointment. Jio is competing with BSNL in service quality

Migrate from jio fiber prepaid to postpaid but did not get the set top box....since last 5 days I am connecting with customer care but not get the proper solution...each time they reschedule the appointment of jio fiber team to come to me and set the set top box.but neither team call me nor connect me...
Totally disappointed and I didn't have any solution for this.

They are very bad in service standards. Despite reminders and every time wrong commitment from Jio, my set top Box still not delivered in 3 weeks time.... I think their seniors are equally reluctant. Jio will suffer with such standard of service...

PLEASE READ ACTUAL REVIEW USING FOR 2 MONTHS:-This is the most overrated android tv, actually it is a shit. It doesn't have famous ott apps like Amazon prime, Netflix!! also in presentation jio showed us that this supports low latency gaming by playing fifa but in reality it doesn't even has that function! that was all fake. Yes it has games like tuk tuk go(available in jio phone, siva(also available in jio phone 😂😂) and other jio phone ported games. It's also doesn't have video calling option thought in my plan in myjio app it is showing that i have video calling subscription even though the box doesn't even support it😂😂. The function they showed are all fake there is no gaming support no vr no Amazon prime or Netflix nothing it was all fake. Please don't buy it.
