CORRECTION! It looks like I was wrong on the XP per tome - it is indeed a function of your level. I only had one data point at level 95 which was identical to my level 100 353,300 xp gain per tome. It is lower at lower levels though. I'm working on filling in a spreadsheet with XP gain per tome per level so we can see which levels benefit most from tome leveling:

I finished leveling my Warlock to 100 yesterday, most likely at rank 5 in the world. During the leveling process, I learned a lot about how to get to lvl 100 as fast as possible. I wanted to share my findings in this video so we can all get to 100 faster and then move on to non-leveling related activities in Last Epoch :D Let me know if you find any other tips & tricks!

We recently learned that favor gain is earned proportionally exp gain, including tomes, so this is useful even at level 100!

you can always push the corruption while taking all the xp tomes you find, then vessel of chaos to reroll other reward into tomes then vessel of memory to reset the web.

basically target farming but for tomes, and easier since they are a common reward

A note for joining the trade factions in Act 9. You don't have to do any of the quests leading up to it like you mentioned, just run to the 2nd part (top left) of Upper Maj'Elka and you can just join a faction immediately.

Edit: Just tested the xp tomes in empowered at a character level lower than 100. You 100% do not get 350k+ xp each. I just picked up all 3 tomes and gained ~120k xp total at level 80.

Also I think you get double rewards for circle of fortune tier. Pretty sure it counts for exp tomes as well.

Each tome being just 1% the XP required for each level, even as early as lvl 85, hardly makes it seem worth the effort, especially when you only get 3 tomes typically for a reward. That means you would need to complete over 30 XP runs just for one level.
Thats not what I would call "speed running."

I used to play your bone curse transplant blood rip build and based my new warlock build on it by using chaos bolt with it activating bone curse and the new ball traverse skill that triggers bone curse as well.
What do you think?

I just checked this and I was only getting 21k XP per tome. I had 82% increase from mono modifiers and I am at corruption 100 lvl 80

Fresh 84 and just got to empowered. Great video btw. Couple of questions. 1. Should i worry about killing the bosses once i get enough xp on the timeline ie the final boss. Or just keep resetting and getting xp like you are saying? 2. Does empowered monoliths also increase the amount of favor earnt whilst doing the mono for CoF? ty

I feel like I have been doing something wrong. I'm playing dagger falconer target farming xp tomes clearing echoes in 60-90 seconds (100-250 corruption)... I'm now lvl 99, but it has taken me over 100 hours to get there. I'm playing CoF and the rank five 35% chance to give 6 tomes has NEVER hit. It must be a bug or something because that has never happened for me. I just assumed it didn't apply on xp tomes or something.
