Hi, it looks great and very informative. However, I would add the information that between each movement the position should be static for 30 sec.

I have a severe stenosis of V4.. can this test be done on me? Could I have the V4 stenosis from my vertebra being out of alignment?

That’s a great way to dissect the vertebral artery! Why in the world would you ever hyperextend the neck and rotate the head manually when you think this could be a problem? If an osteophyte is causing a vertebral artery occlusion or compression, you may induce a stroke. Carry some good malpractice insurance, bro! 👍🏼

And no, it doesn’t necessarily “kink” the contralateral vertebral artery. You can stretch or compress either artery with head rotation. It’s not a localizing finding. Again, you might want to check your facts before you go teaching students and posting this on the internet
