Nasum Face Mask 308

Nasum Face Mask 308 From Amazon.

I was tired of throwing away single use face masks when doing DIY as it is bad for the environment.

There must be millions and millions of face masks thrown away in the past year or so and I really do want to contribute to the amount of landfill if at all possible.

Bought the Nasum face mask (respirator style) half mask from Amazon. It works ok but it is impossible to buy new filters and so It defeats the object of having a reusable mask if it has to be thrown out as unable to buy replacement filters. So I have tried making my own but not sure if it is a good idea.

If you have any thoughts or comments on the subject feel free to comment so we can share with everyone.

On balance I should have probably just spent a little more hard earned cash on a better item with quality filters.

So that is the big dilemma I guess trying to find something functional and kinder to the planet.
