Thank you, I actually understood. I’m a cameraman, not a Audio guy. I’m helping in the audio department. And you made it easy to get a grasp on the concept. Hey Chad! Thank you for your input! My band, INTRoVOYS, just had a show in San Francisco and the whole band experienced distortion in our IEMs. I thinking our sound guy had our aux on Post Fade

We have an analogue mixer(Yamaha MG 16XU) and all aux sends/monitor outs are mono and we can only hear it in the left channel if headphones are plugged into them. We wanted to use the 4 aux sends to send audio to 4 IEMs. But as they only produce sound in the left channel, we needed a solution to make the audio come on left and right together. The solution we are looking for is to convert mono to stereo basically. Please help us we a budget solution.

Hi, thanks for making it soooo simple. My church would like to transition to in ear monitors however we have a main house analogue mixer with just 2 aux sends that can be pre or post fade. May you please advice on the best way to go about this with low budget. I've seen videos on buying headphone amps. However, i got confused on how to work with just 2 aux sends. Also buying a p-16 is not an option for us. Please help. Thanks a mill for your time.
