I work for ExxonMobil as Product owner. We have started in 2017, but since then the RPA program has been downsized mostly due to people uniting against automation. Managers are mostly useless and been obviously sided with the people without regards to results. It's unbelievable how much potential and money is left on the table due to fear, politics and lack of knowledge and vision. RPA is the best technology in business at the moment

If I hear one more executive talking about talent, I'm going to exit the room immediately. Talent is at the moment exploited in such a barbaric way without proper pay, without recognition, being abused and harassed at unbelievable levels. These executives who talk about talent are actually talking about how shitty their exploitative organizations are

Why is Leyla talking so fast? She uses so many concepts like Task automation, B2B, platform, in the same sentence. So tiring to try to understand what these folks were doing with RPA
