If you had the skin already it will give a free refund, but if you don't have it, then you can't refund it so far that I know of

2 issues will be recognized while trying to refund the cosmetic
1 - Epic gave everyone the ticket refund but you should main the skin to refund it
2 - erorr 1 is as true for issue 2 if someone gifted you this skin you cant refund it

I got the error too but I spoke with a epic games representative they sent it to everyone even with people without the skin so it won’t go through unless you have the skin.
