this video shows the complete step whole processing for how to make the soft pvc rubber products, such as: pvc label, pvc patch, pvc keychain, pvc tag, pvc sticker, etc.
it has 3 main steps:
Part 1:
prepare the pvc material: mixing the raw material, and vacuum to remove the bubble;
Part 2:
prepare the molds: make mold design, engraving by CNC machine, then polishing by sandblasting machine;
Part 3:
pvc production: set program in dispensing machine, injection different color into mold, baking and cooling, to finish a soft pvc products.
