Feels like pioneer are playing catch-up lately. I love the gear and its good to see this finally come to professional club gear. Take notes all those that said tat streaming didn’t have a place for Dj’s. Times change and you must stick with the times

Al them wires… i use my phone as a wifi hotspot when i am out and about with my SC6000’s. It d/l’s and analyses almost instantly.. plus preview is also available. One you have entered your credentials you dont have to keep re entering them👍

This is great, just updated my CDj3000's but the key info I can't get to show alphanumeric when you are browsing. It converts to alphanumeric when you load the track, but seems stuck on the other format when browsing which is a bit rubbish - guess this is a Beatport thing

This is great, but I can do this without any additional kit on my SC6000's ... such an amazing way of playing new music, test mixes, etc... without a laptop at all ever. I've been a long-time subscriber to Beatport Link and can attest to this.

You don't need a USB plugged in on the SC 6000's to play from Beatport but it's sensible to have one because as you rightly say, it saves your cue points etc for next time you log in.... also, on the Denon Primev players, all the data you need is on the screen.... so you can find tracks in the same key. Bpm etc.... also don't need to log in again after logging in the first time on your SC6000's ...

Another great way to use this is on the way to a gig, you can log into beatport app on your phone and make last minute playlists from all the entire catalogue.... and then play them at your gig.

Pioneer has to launch its own router soon! That's hilarious! Device overpriced because of a market that has adopted this as standard, but that for the price does not deliver anything compared to the competition, it is ridiculous!

Exciting! If you pulled up the beatport menu on the 3000 and had a nxs2 connected via pro dj link, could the nxs2 read and accept beatport files via the 3000?

Why can we still not use use the A9 to connect to wifi? Seems so crusty and old having to plug in a lan to your hub in this day and age. Especially since the technology is built into the hardware and not being used! I really thought they'd add that functionality eventually but Pioneer have since forgotten about any meaningful firmware updates for their top of the line gear.

My girlfriend has got a Denon Prime4 and I've got the SC6000M which on both it's really enjoyable to load tracks from Beatport. Seeing that the CDJ3000 takes such a long time to analyze the loaded track is a shame for Pioneer... They just cannot compete with Denon for years but hey, who cares. Most DJs still want them for some reason. I'd love to see the SC6000's in clubs though...

For the password issue you don't want the password on the USB key as if it. Is stolen so can your account.

Hate to say it but a multifactor authentication is better. Means carrying your phone or smart watch. Plug in authenticate on your watch /phone and you are in. Protect your library at all costs.
