Eliminating anger using this NLP Technique

This is the NLP Timeline Technique and we see it being used on this occasion to eliminate anger.

The same NLP Technique can be used to eliminate other negative emotions such as Fear, Sadness, Guilt, and Hurt. We first of all need to discover how someone stores time, and Anthony Beardsell does this by asking Michelle to indicate where in her mind she is storing her memories, you can do this too.

In order to eliminate anger Michelle is taken back to her childhood. This is very often when the first event of our negative emotions occur.

Some hypnosis occurs as Michelle is asked to draw up some mental images and memories of the event in her past.

Thanks Anthony! I had a number of anger issues just below the surface with a general idea of what they were. I first watched the video and then played it back pausing at the steps and addressing my subconscious and anger. That was over a week ago and I have enjoyed a great deal of peace since then. I don’t have a physical timeline. (Left right, backwards forwards etc). And I certainly don’t float in the air. I think in words not pictures.

I have a question: is she hypnotized now? I cannot understand how quickly she goes to unconscious mood? Did she do any practice before to go to this state very quickly?

Can I do this for anxiety? For example if I connect an information with something else (for example if I laugh loud am not kind) if this happened in the past and I know is not correct but it connected because of other's opinion. Can I go back like this, take the leanings and the connection will be break?
