This is a reupload right? Did the original author remove all his stuff recently?

Literal definition of, " *can I copy your homework?* " " *Sure, but change a few things to make it look normal.* "

So basically, Ken's theme should be Guile's.

the Doom ones are actually a direct reference to each song. Bobby Prince, the composer, was a lawyer, so he knew how much of the music used he could get away with.

Some of these were probably deliberate references. In many cases I believe, the composers thought like "These songs are old and obscure. Nobody is gonna notice." tho.

The Hard times and Sonic 3 song are literally the exact same except the other is instrumental

2:06 there is a very interesting story behind this one, as these 2 are directly related

to quote Mel Brooks "You gotta rip off the right things"

The Jetzons' Hard Times at 2:06 was composed by Brad Buxer in the 80's but was never released. He then worked as a composer for several artists, including Michael Jackson who worked on the Sonic 3 OST and reused this then unused theme. The original song was finally released in 2008, but not 1982.

1:41 I got rickrolled by a game theme.

0:40 Sounds more like Janet Jackson’s “Together Again”. What makes it even better is her song is sampled in the track “Prom Night” in Sonic Dreams Collection

1:50 plot twist: the creator of the game wanted you to get rickrolled

Yeah...Spy Hunter and Duke Nukem’s takes were not so much similar as they were direct tributes.

Everytime I see this, the more amazed I am at Bridge Zone being Everywhere you Look.

Well, it's been a year since I found this video and I've come back to say thank you because 0:55 is officially responsible for getting me into Metallica. For Whom The Bell Tolls was technically their first song I heard thanks to Zombieland but that was it, now though I've listened to the first four albums in their entirety at this point and I don't know how I was carrying on living like that before. Thank you, I have no remorse, no regrets! 😂

I’ve always heard people compare E1M1 to Master of Puppets, but I can definitely hear No Remorse in there as well

2:57: This sounds like the beginning of the Armored Armadillo stage in Mega Man X

Streets of Rage, Sonic, Final Fight, Thunder Force and Castlevania Bloodlines. My favorit soundtrack games.

E1M1 looks like master of puppets guitar solo too

Folks were rickrolled long before rickrolling was even a thing. XD
