Only you can speak on such matters without triggering anxiety in my diseased mind at all. I love you Sam.

Just finished watching it and it felt exactly like when I watched "Pale Blue dot" for the first time. This time the perspective comes not from our insignificance in the cosmic drama but from the impermanence of our life & consciousness. Truly profound. Thanks for this and all of the effort on the app, Sam. <3

Sam, this is such a beautiful, well-crafted and edited video. I've read almost all of your books - but this particular topic is the one that I feel, forces me to be more mindful in the present moment. If everyone watched this and actually gave it some thought, this world would probably be a much kinder place to live in.

It's funny that just a few minutes before I listened to this, I yelled at my windshield because I was trying to pass a slow driver.

Thank you mom and dad for giving me this life, I love you so much. Thank you all my friends for giving me a lot of opportunities to enjoy the game of life. And thank you Sam for a very peaceful video.

This was very beautiful. Came here after dad passed away this Friday. I am sad but I'm not very sad and I feel a special connection with my father now. I miss him but I genuinely believe that he is at peace now.

When I was younger I had some traumatic experiences that made me abnormally scared of death, over time, I found a way to more or less cope with it: The ever-present deep realization that death for everyone is imminent makes you appreciate life to a new level, forgiving becomes easy, doing what you love becomes a constant, and finding joy over the smallest details becomes the best source of peace. This video hits the spot in the right way, I'm in tears, thank you so much Sam.

This is my favourite lesson on the waking up app.
To see it animated and with a beautiful background music is just wonderful.
My only wish is to help a person in the way that Sam has helped me.
Thank you Sam Harris, for everything. I hope you read this comment.

It's hard to teach this without sounding rather morbid or dark. Well done.
