The ampoules are great, but a nice alternative is the microsilver concentrate from the Dr. Babor Pro line if you find yourself going through the ampoules quickly.

I do a combination with natural oils and mix them with my moisturizer. I try to buy natural products. But I’m a believer that the most important part of your skin routine is drinking a lot of water and having a balanced healthy diet. Remember what you put in your body will show on your skin😁
