Coming out of a bad cold with high fever. Today is the first day I can walk without getting winded out in the process.
Decided to watch this movie again, and this moment felt a lot closer than it had ever felt before.

I remember when this movie use to come on Cartoon Network back in the early 2000's. I watched it every time it came on. Along with the show Ozzy and Drix .Every time I hear this song it takes me back. Man I miss the old 90s and early 2000's Cartoon Network.

The moment this song played in the movie is when Frank finally faced the reality of his poor health and decided to fix it. Osmosis Jones may be a wacky kid’s movie but it also has a serious message:

Take care of your body and be grateful for it because you only get one there’s no exchanges or refunds! Remember, Frank was unhealthy because of his carelessness, refusing to listen to everyone who wanted him to be healthy and having unsanitary habits (like when he ate the egg that fell on the ground at the start of the movie.) these were all choices that Frank made and he could’ve avoided his trip to the hospital if he changed his ways earlier. In conclusion, if you want to live a long life take good care of your body by thinking long term about your choices such as not smoking and eating salads instead of sugars.
