See how we're using LocalGov Drupal with another open-source product, Outpost, to build a directory of community services.
This session was part of LocalGov Drupal Week 2023.
About the work
At Royal Greenwich, we're building a new directory of community services. Our goal is to make it much easier for residents to find local support and ensure the directory is easy to maintain for council staff and people who run community services.
To achieve this, we're combining the power of LocalGov Drupal with another open-source product: Outpost.
Outpost is a product that makes it quick and easy to manage information about community services in a consistent way, either by council staff or people in the community.
We've built a module which takes the data from Outpost and makes it available in LocalGov Drupal. This makes it possible for us to build a user-led directory experience while using content that can be owned and updated by the community in Outpost.
Join us for this session where we'll demo how we're using these two products together and where we see it going in the future.
