Can we stop with the weird “my workplace treats me so well😍” corporate propaganda? It’s so misleading to the average or expectant experience. Publish percentages for shuttle riding employees and employees outside of shuttle range. Or publish how many workers utilize free canteen or massage and how often. It’s a studio, most days you’re gonna go in stressed, stay stressed, worry bout weird corporate deadlines from a bunch of different depts who never feel like defining their roles well enough to give the lowest priority workers any sense of who they can say “no” to, and you’ll have very little role in any of the creative processes. You will be over worked and your pay will be right at or below cost of living. This short is not representative of the average day in the life. I even love this studio, but these sorts of labor ads are bunk
