[About this video and my personal views on real world gambling and addiction]

Please note, by sharing gameplay of the SWTOR nightlife event, I am in no way endorsing the act of gambling in the real world with real world money. I am simply sharing / uploading footage of an in-game event (from a news / press standpoint or in this case a YouTube channel) and for purpose of a walkthrough / quest guide.

The fact is gambling in the real world with real money can potentially lead one down a path of addiction, financial distress (debt) and other hardships (ex: unemployment, health issues, potential criminal charges if done illegally, death if you mess with the wrong people, suicide and other mental health issues etc.), potentially cause other destructive behaviors and lifestyles, cause strain on relationships (ex: spouse, children, other family, friends, etc.), and could ultimately (in such a case) cause one to go down a path of destruction that would ultimately lead to one hurting themselves and hurting everyone around them who loves them. That said if you have an addiction, please stop and seek help immediately (ex: seek counseling / therapy and if necessary rehab, and personally I would also recommend seeking God as well through prayer).

As for my personal opinion on playing card games and other similar games whether alone or with others (ex: family, friends, community) or whether playing virtually (ex: KOTOR - Pazaak or SWTOR Slot Machines), I think it's okay provided 1) no real world money are used 2) you don't let the real world or virtual game become an addiction / habit. Set limits (ex: time etc) and stick to said reasonable and responsible limits 3) you wisely exercise caution and do not let it affect your desire to participate in such activities in the real world with real money. In other words, it's best to avoid the destructive path altogether with real world gambling lest it become an addiction. 4) no real world rewards are earned. Virtual video game rewards (ex: cosmetics, decorations, etc) are okay provided they offer / have no real world financial value and cannot be redeemed in the real world. Playing for points and your only reward is winning / victory is also okay.

Note: if the quest "Dubious Odds" bugs out for you and doesn't work, try deleting the quest and start over / obtain it again. Hope this helps!

Note: if you play the "Smuggler's Luck" slot machines, you have a chance to earn a buff called "feeling lucky". The buff lasts for about two minutes before it disappears. While the buff is active (and assuming you have one or more Kingpin's tokens available within your currency inventory) is the best time to play the "Kingpin's Bounty" machines to increase your chances of winning virtual items (ex: golden certificates) with the more expensive / costly Kingpin's Bounty slot machines.

Note: for this video, I think I had about 40+ Kingpin's Bounty tokens in my inventory already. So what I ended up doing (not the wisest / best course of action for increasing the amount of rewards that I could earn and because I was short on time / wanted to make this video not be too long in length) was to use all of my Kingpin's tokens within about 12 minutes of this video.
