Outdoor cooking: Simple pea soup with 'Erbswurst'

A tasty soup to keep you warm in winter on a cold day outdoors. You can prep everything and cook it fresh in the field with the FYRO stove!

This simple recipe is based on an instant pea soup base called "Erbswurst" in German.

8 servings:
2 l of water
8 "Erbswurst" tablets
400 g of diced carrots
400 g of diced potatoes
200 g of chopped leeks
6-8 wiener sausages in pieces
chopped parsley to taste

Start heating up the water. Crumble the Erbswurst tablets into the water and stir. Add the carrots, potatoes and leeks, and bring to a boil. Keep simmering until the potatoes and carrots are done. Add the Wiener sausages and let them warm up for a minute. Serve and add a pinch of parsley on each bowl.
