Does anyone else HATE the idea of hitting MR5 decks before they do anything? Like Jesus, Six Samurai finally would be able to do something in the OCG but we are soo worried about a 2011 deck we hit a card.

Zenmaity was at three prior to this list. I'm a bit shocked how scared they are of Wind-Ups considering Hunter is still banned over there.

I really, REALLY hate Erratas

Many of these hits feel pretty knee-jerky like the ones to Wind-Ups, Six Sams or ABC. All of these decks werestrong during their time but I doubt they'd be good at full power considering how much power creep we've gotten since then.

Well that’s what I call a preemptive list.

I still don’t understand how Djinn managed to survive all of these years lmao.
REDMD errata is a huge punch in the stomach to any Dragon player (F for Revz) even though it was arguably necessary considering how abusable it is.
Elpy ban kills the Dragon Link.
I guess now the Dragon type can get better support.

The Dragun Engine hits are interesting to say the least. They make running the engine a lot more fragile, harder to turbo off and less abusable for Extravagance decks (and apparently there was a way of making multiple Dragun in MR5 which is a huge no no).
The predaplant/Brilliant fusion hits are also huge and make those cards pretty much unplayable outside of their own archetypes.

Instant fusion getting limited was bound to happen imo.
Lightstage to 1 is understandable (such a good 1 card link 2 engine) and kills almost every hope TCG Trickstar players have of seeing it unlimited (preemptive reasons and such I guess).

Trishula to 1 is good, Librarian is...ok? Speeder is weird.

Makyura errata makes it a worse temple of the kings lmao but that’s ok.

Mali to 2 is good.
Rest is ok I guess, their format is different regardless so they’ll obviously have different mentalities.
