PERMANENT FIX:
Go to environmental variables on your computer, and in the "user variables" box, make a path so that it shows this:

Variable Value
PATH C:\Program

This will add both paths.
You're welcome, since I've been trying to look for a permanent solution and no-one really explains that you have to add both of them on the same line.
