Hey bro: The August 8th date (which he chose 8/8 bc Chinese people love the number 8 and is when Tesla starts with the robotaxis in China. They added on to their deal with Baidu in April of this year buying all updated maps of China (as Baidu already has level 4 robotaxis in 5 cities doing tests). Tesla also bought lane level data for the country as well which enables it to do level 4 and 5 FSD nationwide and in Beijing.

For the energy business analysts are saying it’s a huge value to the company because the margins are so good and the potential even better — especially as robotaxi owners will use the solar roofs/energy storage units as they buy small to larger fleets of the robotaxis and powering their fleets with Tesla’s solar roofs/solar storage units.

Imagine owning that?! All you’d have to do is continue to buy more robotaxis or regular teslas and add the robotaxi software if that’s possible as well (which Elon made it sound like you will be able to do.)

I am SO FKN BULLISH on this.

The Chinese market for the robotaxis is several times more than the US.

Keep in mind much of mainland China and Beijing people live in the city. Once proven there they’d roll out to other Asian counties also like South Korea who is very advanced and is mainly all cities as well with 52m people in an area the size of Indiana! Indiana has 7m people 😅

And Tesla is rolling out in Indian now as well!

Plus Tesla ALWAYS CRUSHES IT in the summer! This summer is no different as it’s running hard as hell! 2019-20-21-22-23 and now 2024 Tesla has run up BIG every year by mid June through August the past FIVE YEARS STRAIGHT.

There is a reason for this.
